after many failed attempts @ a life of crime in Gotham, complete with a permanent disfigurement from a failed experiment (to alleviate a previous car accident disfigurement, ironically), Matt Hagen had to make a move. having nothing but a melting posture, Hagen decided to pursue a life of underground thuggery in the UK.
petty crimes, booze, and low-rate prostitutes are how Matt spends his time now. mucking about in the local pub, regaling would-be criminals of his crimes across the pond. never mentioning his battles with the one vigilante who thwarted his attempts @ a life of lush criminal activity. a plot for revenge is imminent, but for now he is happy swiggin' the dregs of cheap wine and cheaper company.
