some pieces i was working on the other night before an interview. this whole Martial ArtSlam! has got me on a big Asian culture kick right now. so heres some Japanese style women. the first is just a random image of a woman a man could find @ a bathhouse. so i wanted to give here paler skin like a geisha but have her hair down. the second is an opposite of sorts, a woman that knows her way around a kitana and gi. a warrior and not so much a "lover" (used very loosely here lol). so its a duality of sorts in the culture.
both are inks on mixed media paper, 9" x 12".
