As I was looking for inspiration for a new Melodic Measures piece the other night, I came across a few photos of some intriguing looking pugilists and decided to paint one up. I cranked up some Mudvayne and went to work. The soundtrack provided some great energy and I drew up this clean cut boxer at the end of his rounds. He certainly doesn't look so clean cut anymore, however he still has the look of a clean cut winner. The flashes are firing, he's boasting his dominance, and the payoff is in the blood. Fighting is a wonderful sport and though I prefer the world of MMA when it comes to viewing, boxing is still a graceful thing to watch when the fighters are good. It truly is a science and it certainly still has an enormous draw. Enjoi this fiery champ at the top of his game.
