Street Keepers. (formerly Street Meet SATX)

Growth. Change. Evolution. Street Meet started as an idea piggybacking off The Hundreds and has now grown into it's own bigboy shoes: Street Keepers. These streets belong to us. ALL of us. This is our expression and this is our adventure. What started as a small gathering of what was meant to be a one-off photo walk, Street Keepers is now a monthly meet of photographers shooting in San Antonio. This is technically our fourth meet and for this one we will be exploring the neighboring areas of Downtown San Antonio. I am excited to branch out of DTSA into some nearby spots with some great people.

Our meets have been bridging together many fine photographers and enthusiasts to explore and share our love for this medium. I am an artist before anything and my media will always change and grow. I will always draw. I will always paint. I will always design. I will always shoot. I will always...grow. Thank you for those who have embraced my photography and remembering that these ebbs and flows are just a part of me and soon you will be bombarded once again with my love for illustration (the itch grows stronger every day, y'all). This is simply where my life is right now and I am just going with the flow.

So join us on this Saturday for the next step of our local gathering. Street Meet SATX will now continue on as Street Keepers. These streets belong to us, let's keep them close by sharing their essence with timeless (and not so timeless) photos showing a different side of San Antonio (and soon other cities!). We are unique, we are similar. We are passionate, we are creative. We are explorers of our surroundings and adventurers at heart.

Take a risk and take it in joy.
