For a while now, photography has been an ongoing passion of mine. From the disposables of yesteryear and Advantix, to the PAS and Diana+ I now carry, to the interchangeable lenses of our Minolta and my friends' Canon 7Ds I have always admired and wanted. Photography is something I love being a part of. Capturing moments of my daily life; varying from music events, art events, architecture, graffiti, skateboarding, on and on and on. Taking photos is something I have always loved to do. It has gotten to a point that I strive to shoot professionally. One of my favorite subjects is skateboarding. Skateboarding is probably my oldest passion--even older than my art. Well, maybe there about the same age. Anyway, since we've landed in Phoenix, I have been enjoiing shooting at the skate parks here. I shot at the skate parks a lot the last month I was in SATX and so it was only natural to continue that avenue when we got here. And man has it been a blast. Phoenix has a big skate community, possibly due to the close proximity of So Cal. So there are a lot of contests and demos that stop through here. Below are some shots of the latest one I attended and shot--the Life Extention Skateboards and Element collab tour, dubbed the
eLEment Tour. There are also a few shots from parks here in PHX as well as some shots from SATX before we moved. If you love what you see, please share with your fellow skaters and photographer friends. Thanks and cheers!!
