so i have a collection of images i have found online and from magazines etc that i keep just to use as reference material for future drawings or sketches. figure study, fashion study, wardrobe, faces, etc etc. today on my lunch break i was flipping through my small collection on my flashdrive and found one to draw. i started this sketch out pushing the usual boundaries i normally place on myself. lately i have been wanting to get more angular again, more free from traditional "comic style" that i usually do and just create something a little more wild and less "normal". anyway, i started sketching this girl from a photo, changed her hair and arm position slightly and came up with this girl i have named Leena. i may change her hand a bit, but it will probably stay longer than whut is anatomically correct. im pushing my norm here! i did some color overlays in Photoshop just to give tha sketch some pop. im not sure where this will go, but im anxious to get some color and inks on her so stayed close!!
